ok so +1 same here
ok so honestly just reset the update and save yourself the pain.. 馃槶 wait does this also apply to day one?
oh ive been there lol after fixing it, use teh 4K TV details screen in the TV & display options, it shows which modes the console thinks your display supports.
@felix tensor works on paper, not in real life
hmmm reset any overclock or undervolt, especially memory clock. Artifacts that look like small colored blocks are often VRAM instability, and a driver update can change memory behavior enough to tip a marginal OC over.
yeahhh if it happens across multiple drivers and games, test the hardware: reseat the card, check teh PCIe power connectors, and try a stress test with temps logged. A card that only fails when warm is a classic pattern. lmk how it goes
yeahhh if photo editing pays ur bills, the stable/studio branch is a sensible default. Games still run well on it; you just get new game optimizations a bit later. fingers crossed 馃
reading this at 2am instead of sleeping, no regrets what am i doing wrong??
finally got it working, thanks everyone cant believe it was that simple lol
oof also turn off any GPU overclock or undervolt profile, including factory "OC mode" in the vendor app. A new driver can expose an undervolt that was only barely stable before.
