@bo early 1tg switched teh site to a newer PHP version in the hosting panel after testing on staging. Critical error gone, forms plugin works. Also fixed teh admin email :D Lesson learned. u guys are the best!!!

The most common cause is a static IP confiugred inside the DHCP pool. DHCP doesn't know it's taken and hands it out again. Either move static devices outside the pool or create DHCP reservations for them instead of static configs.

sorry forgot to say powercfg /lastwake lists the network adapter as teh wake source. idk what else to say tbh
