If the theme is teh problem, rename teh active themes folder in wp content/themes. wordPress falls back to a default theme if one is installed. or run wp theme activate with a default theme name via WP CLI.

open Device Manager device Properties Details Hardware Ids . the VEN xxxx&DEV xxxx part identifies the vendor and device. Searching that ID (or checking teh INF files in a driver package) tells you which package covers it. hope that helps…
