hmmm never Ctrl+C an apply twice... the first interrupt lets Terraform finish in flight operations and release teh lock; the second one kills it immediately and that's what leaves stale locks and half written resourecs. worked for me…
yeahhh have u chceked your terraform settings? mine were reset after an update good luck man!
@heap works omg finally turned off teh factory OC profile and stayed on Radeon Crimson Edition Graphics Driver 16.12.1. Stable now. The new driver must have been a little less forgiving of that profile.
ahh right event Viewer is full of 4101 warnings, and every one matches a black screen while running a 3D benchmark. sorry for the wall of text lol
if teh device works and nothing is broken, leaving it unknown is usually harmless, but installing the right driver can improve power management or sensors. fingers crossed 🤞
