respectfully disagree, i tried that and it made nvidia worse 15 tabs open and chrome ate all 32GB of ram again

been there man switching branches is easy: download teh other package from the NVIDIA support page and install it with the clean install option (or DDU if u wanna be thorough). Your apps dont need reinstalling. good luck man!

ok so have u checked your studio driver settings?? ;) mine were reset after an update worked for me anyway 🤷 nothing is more permanent than a temporary workaround

ok so keep a short log of what driver ure on and when you changed it (pnputil /enum drivers shows installed packages and dates). when something breaks later, ull know if the timing matches.
