re encoding with FFmpeg to H.264 works, but for heavy editing Id transcode to an intermediate codec instead to avoid generation loss. idk maybe im wrong lol

@una shader 1dm holy cow changed the Docker image to call /opt/app/venv/bin/python directly and it started first try, two interpreters this whole time 🤦 thank u! cant believe it was that simple lol

yeahhh get teh hardware ID: Device Manager right click the device Properties Details Hardware Ids... the VEN xxxx part is the vendor and DEV xxxx is the device. that pair identifies the chip precisely.
