If one speed step down is stable, leave it there. The real world difference is small, and stability matters more than a number in the BIOS.

wait what ive seen Express install skip HDMI audio only when teh previous install had it unticked. A clean install is the surest way to reset that. idk maybe im wrong lol

uhh wait does this also apply to gpu?. try turning off teh thermal paste first, fixed it for me ?

ahh classic if the HD audio device shows a yellow mark, uninstall it in Device Manager (tick delete teh driver software if offered), then reisntall the GPU package with the audio component selected.

device Descriptor Request Failed means the device didnt answer Windows first request for its identity... that happens before any device specfiic driver loads, so the cause is usually power, cable, port or USB controller, not teh devices…

oh ive been there lol scanning uses a separate driver path from printing. Check Device Manager Imaging devices (or Cameras / Other devices ). If teh scanner isn't there or has a warning, the scan driver didn't install. The printer maker's…
