been there man if the CPU is near its maximum temperature under load, check the cooler: is teh protective film removed from the cold plate, are all mounting screws tight, is the pump running on an AIO (check teh pump speed header in BIOS)?

have u checked your overheating settings? mine were reset after an update. told my boss it would take 10 minutes. its been 3 hours fingers crossed 🤞
