Also rule out teh boring stuff: the output drive filling up mid render (check free space on the actual output drive, not the system drive), antivirus locking the output file, and otuput folders on a network share or sync folder that blips…
behind a proxy, configure it on the SUP component properties in ConfigMgr, not just in WSUS... the site systems proxy settings need to allow teh update source URLs; a blocked TLS inspection proxy breaks teh sync too.
