check prerequisites: ccmsetup downloads from the management point or a distribution point... if teh device isnt in a boundary group with a reachable DP, the download fails, also verify /mp: and SMSSITECODE= if you install manually.…

make sure you picked the right architecture and the right OS family. A package meant for a different Windows edition, or a server/workstation branch, will refuse with teh same generic text. good luck man!

Open Device Manager device Properties Details Hardware Ids 🤦 The VEN xxxx&DEV xxxx part identifies the vendor and device. searching that ID (or checking teh INF files in a driver package) tells you which package covers it.
