tbh i hate to be the bearer of bad news but those flickering blocks and colors are usually a big red flag for hardware issues. if you already swapped the cable and reinstalled drivers and it still happens under load, it might be your GPU…
ahh classic for me it was the BIOS. swapped it and boom, fixed good luck man!
