@ember otter114 moved DNS to a provider that supports ALIAS records, kept MX and TXT as they were. both the apex and www now load and email still works.

@liv quiet wowww ok added IdentityFile to my SSH config with IdentitiesOnly yes. Connected to a new EC2 instance on the first try.
yeah so i was connecting as my own name, but the key was added to the default cloud user. sorry for the wall of text lol
Do the artifacts show up in BIOS or in Safe Mode, or only in normal Windows?
try turning off the cable first, fixed it for me good luck man!
