ok so test teh layers: ping <gateway , then ping 1.1.1.1, then nslookup example.com... if the IP ping works but the name lookup fails, set DNS manually to test, if even teh gateway ping fails, look at the adapter or teh access point.
make a backup before u touch the update, learned that the hard way
oh ive been there lol phone footage is often variable frame rate... trnascoding to constant frame rate also prevents audio sync drift later. good luck man!
