oof as a last step before contacting support, use Settings System Console info Reset console Reset and keep my games & apps , it reinstalls teh system software withuot deleting your installed games. lmk how it goes

hmmm re pair properly: press the pair button on the conosle, then hold the pair button on teh controller until the Xbox button flashes fast... do this after teh firmware update. hope that helps :)

ahh right its a bduget build. i checked Graphics settings and the game wasnt in the list anymore. hope thats enough info 😅
