well... are you seieng tearing near teh top or bottom of the screen? tearing at the very bottom can still appear with VRR when frame times spike.
ok so fastest way to get the site back: over FTP/file manager, rename wp content/plugins to plugins off. that deactivates every plugin. if the site comes back, rename teh folder back and then rename individual plugin folders one by one…
@emeka.iqbal The hardware ID was in teh INF. Installed JMC25x/JMC26x Ethernet Adapter via Have Disk and the powerline adapters USB utility works fine with Memory integrity on. seriously made my day 😭🙏
yeah so windows shows it as an unknown device.
