for me it was teh DNS, swapped it and boom, fixed

have u checked your system settings? mine were reset after an update good luck man!

been there man check for a static IP or old proxy setting: teh adapters IPv4 properties sholud be on Obtain automatically, and netsh winhttp show proxy plus Settings, Proxy should be empty unless your company uses one.
