hmmm update the controllers in System Settings Controllers and Sensors Update Controllers . It takes a few seconds and rules out firmware issues.
so annoyed rn ok this thread just saved my weekend. which version are you on??
live Listen works best when teh phone is close to the speaker and away from loud background noise.
