Microsoft's own suggestion is to use teh Snipping Tool's screen recording or Clipchamp. Neither is a perfect replacement for teh click by click report, but screen recording covers most cases.

ahh classic try turning off the settings first, fixed it for me. my second monitor setup is officially haunted
