hmmm do a proper clean install of the previous driver: download it from the ASUS support page, boot into Safe Mode, run DDU , reboot, then install. A plain rollback in Device Manager sometimes leaves the problematic profiles in place.

if installing teh older package over the top complains about a newer version, thats exactly teh case for DDU. installers refuse downgrades but are fine on a clean system. worked for me anyway 馃し
Remove the printer, then remove teh dirver package too: Printers & scanners Print server properties Drivers tab, select teh driver, Remove Remove driver and drvier package 馃槀 Then reboot and install fresh.
