hmmm sapnning tree on access ports delays the link coming up, so teh PXE request times out before the port forwards, enable PortFast (or edge port) on client ports, very common after a switch replacement.

ahh classic start with refresh rates.. lmao mixed refresh setups are sensitive to driver changes... in Settings System Display Advanced display , set both screens to standard rates first (for example both at 60 Hz) and see if the flicker…
