lol same thing happened to me a PaaS or a managed container service gives you most of the rolling deploy and self healing benefits with far less surface area. Consider it before jumping straight to raw Kubernetes.
hmm idk staying on an old driver forever isnt ideal... id report the regression to the vendor too, so it actually gets fixed.
