been there man check ur departments software list before buying. Some economics programs need Windows only tools, some need a dedicated GPU, and some run fine in a browser. The syllabus answers this better than any forum.

hmmm avoid teh cheapest models with 8GB and an eMMC or small SSD... they feel fine in the store and miserable a year later with a browser full of tabs and a video call running.

sorry forgot to say a few hours of downtime for an agency running 30 sites would be annoying but not catastrophic.

wait what i'd test in a second PC if u can. It's the only test that realy separates teh card from everything else. just my 2 cents

Check that the PCIe power connectors are fully seated and not melted or discolored. Power issues can produce artifacts under load.
