geforce graphics driver update and now a laptop plus an external monitor flicker like a strobe light (pls help) Solution
ok so turn off variable refresh (G Sync/FreeSync/Adaptive Sync) on teh secondary monitor and in the driver control panel as a test. VRR on a desktop screen with video playing is a classic flicker trigger. hope that helps :)

rolled back hd audio driver package and still no sound. where else do i look? 🤔
