If the theme is the problem, rename the active theme's folder in wp content/themes. wordPress falls back to a default theme if one is installed. or run wp theme activate with a default theme name via WP CLI.
To disable all plugins without the dahsboard, rename wp content/plugins to plugins off over FTP or the hosts file manager. WordPress deactivates everything it cant find. If the site comes back, renmae teh folder back and then rename…

@socketwarden 36s omg finally removed driver and driver package from Print server properties, reinstalled, and the status is Ready. cant believe it was that simple lol
yeah so pnputil shows three different versinos of the receipt printer driver in the store.
