check that teh PCIe power connectors are fully seated and not melted or discolored. power issues can produce artfiacts under load.
ok but wait does this also apply to gpu? ?
been there man test with a second display output or a different port. if artifacts move with the srceen content in screenshots, it's rendering (GPU) 😂 if they don't appear in a screenshot but do on the monitor, the cable, port or monitor…
