been there man in CI, private keys pasted as secrets often lose teh trailing newline or get CRLF line endings, make sure the key file ends with a newline and has 600 permissions, or the client silently skips it. good luck man!

run netsh winsock reset and ipconfig /flushdns in an admin terminal, then restart. this resets network settings that may be stuck.
