came here to say exactly this... spent 3 hours on printers and im still not done good luck man!
nah tbh i wouldn't permanently cap the main monitor at 60 Hz just to fix this. disabling VRR on teh secondary is usually enoguh.
hmmm what refresh rate is each monitor set to?? ?
uhh does teh GPUs HD audio device show up in Device Manager at all??
