ok so power supply is a decent 650W unit, so most mid range cards should be fine.

oh ive been there lol check teh connection: high refresh at high resolution needs DisplayPort or a recent HDMI version on both the GPU and the monitor, the wrong cable silently caps u at 60Hz. worked for me anyway 🤷
