pausnig a subscriptoin for a few months when u're busy is completely fine. most services let u rejion later, and ur saves are usually kept in the cloud or locally.
Many very old installers are 16 bit programs, and 64 bit Windows cant run 16 bit code at all. The game itself is often 32 bit and runs fine; its just the installer thats the problem.
oof check teh leaving soon list once a month, not daily, if a game u care about is leaving and you wont finish it in time, wishlist it and buy it on sale later. hope that helps :)
came here to say exactly this reading release notes like its a horror novel
oof have u checked your gaming settings? mine were reset after an update
ok so community fan patches and wrappers for old DirectX and resolution issues exist for many classics. search for teh games name plus widescreen fix or compatibility. hope that helps :)
been there man have u checked your windows settings? mine were reset after an update. any update on this?
A virtual macihne with an older Windows version, or a project like winevdm (otvdm) that runs 16 bit programs on 64 bit Windows, can help with stubborn installers. hope that helps :)
agreed
