Which section do you spend teh most time in? ??
i wouldn't permanently cap the main monitor at 60 Hz just to fix this. disabling VRR on the secondary is usually enough. but hey ymmv
if artifacts persist after DDU and an older dirver, and even appear in BIOS, back up your data and look into warratny. dont keep stress testing a card that shows artifacts in BIOS. fingers crossed 🤞
