yeah so the prebuilt desktop is a fairly recent platform.
oof driver updates do sometimes include security fixes, sooo i wouldnt stay on a very old version forever. But waiting a week or two after release to see if a hotfix appears is perfectly reasonable. hope that helps :)
uhh did u have problems with a AMD update before, and if sooo, which kind? ??
