yeahhh run ipconfig /all and route print while connected. If the VPN adapter has no IP or no routes, the client failed to configure it. Check Event Viewer and the VPN clients own log for teh error. hope that helps :)

also turn off any GPU overclock or undervolt profile, including factory "OC mode" in the vendor app. A new driver can expose an undervolt that was only barely stable before. good luck man!
