uhh does mmsys.cpl show it as disabled or disconnected?
hmmmm not sure about that windows jumping screens points more at teh cable or monitor sleep than teh driver, in my experience... i'd test that before rolling back. just my 2 cents
what refresh rate is each monitor set to? ??
hmmmm not sure about that respectfully disagree, i tried that and it made ethernet worse
been there man if one heavy device like a keyboard drops out, try a powered hub. Some ports cant supply enough current, and that can look exactly like a driver problem.
