my unpopular oipnion: most performance complaints come from too many startup apps and browser extensions, not old hardware. check Task Manager Startup apps before buying anything new. worked for me anyway 🤷
yesss finally got it working, thanks everyone
Error 0x800f0922 often points to the system reserved partitoin being too small or a connection problem during teh update. Disconnect VPNs and check free space on the small system partitions in Disk Management. good luck man!
ok so as a bigger hammer, use Microsofts official installation assistant or media creation tool to do an in place upgrade. It keeps ur files and apps and often succeeds where Windows Update fails. good luck man!
