Id push back on measure first a bit: teh measurement can mislead if the game is set to cap frames. Uncap them before jugding. idk maybe im wrong lol

oh ive been there lol check whether your current board supports a newer CPU with a BIOS update. A drop in upgrdae is often the best value before changing platforms. worked for me anyway 🤷
