Frame time tools are great but honestly if it feels worse and the old driver feels better, rolling back is a valid fix too.
lol same thing happened to me check Power Options : a Windows update or driver installer can switch to Balanced or a battery saver profile. on laptops, also check the manufacturers performance mode app.
