uhh is G Sync/FreeSync/Adaptive Sync enabled on either monitor? ?
oh ive been there lol once youre back in Windows, check the event logs and teh vendors release notes. RAID/RST packages are often model specific; the version for your board should come from teh PC or motherboard makers support page.
wait what everyone keeps saying this but nobody posts proof. same issue here on my homelab box... no idea whats going on
