@kofis548 holy cow turned off teh factory OC profile and stayed on ForceWare Drivers 163.75. stable now. the new driver must have been a little less forgiving of that profile. cant believe it was that simple lol
ehh I'd try one older driver before doing DDU. if teh older one is stable, you've proven it's driver related in ten minutes. but hey ymmv

sorry forgot to say roll Back Driver was greyed out, sooo I downloaded teh previous package from teh NVIDIA support page.
