ps unrelated but anyone elses coffee machine also judging them today :)
hmmmm not sure about that id be careful blaming the antivirus first. disabling protection to test is fine for five minutes, but Id rule out the GPU driver before anything else cuz its the more common cause on laptops.
this. sooo much this
oh ive been there lol if crashes hit several different sites and browsers, test the machine itself. run sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup Image /RestoreHealth from an admin prompt, then run Windows Memory Diagnostic or a longer…
yeah so logged it: CPU goes to 100°C in about an hour of exporting photos, then teh PC dies.
hmm idk studio drivers arent magic... if an app has a bug with ur GPU, both branches may have it, and the fix might arrive in the gaming branch first. just my 2 cents
also lol mods can we pin this thread
uhh is 378.92 even worth bothering with or should i just leave it, lol this thread is gold ?
oh ive been there lol check your creative apps system requirements page. some list a minimum driver version for GPU acceleration features. make suree whichever branch you pick meets that. lmk how it goes
oh ive been there lol try turning off the thermal paste first, fixed it for me good luck man!
