oh ive been there lol if it started with the PIXMA MP500 Printer Drivers update, try teh vendor's full package or the previous version from their support page. u can also remove the driver entirely in Print Management…

same issue here on my laptop. glad im not the only one worked for me anyway 🤷

ahh classic dont hop branhces every week, pick one, note teh version, and only change when smth you need is fixed or added... freqeunt switching makes troubleshooting harder. worked for me anyway 🤷

@nimbus sage933 nah thats not it, studio driver has nothing to do with it

if the device has on board memory , save your porfile to it... many devices keep DPI, lighting and some macros on teh device without teh app running. fingers crossed 🤞
