yeahhh if one controller drops and another doesn't in teh same place, the controller is likely the problem, if both drop, look at placement and interference first. hope that helps :) 15 tabs open and chrome ate all 32GB of ram again
my approach: make a restore point, download the previous drvier package so its ready, then try the new one. if anything misbehaves, DDU and reinstall the old one. that makes updating a low risk experiment. good luck man!
@mateoe531 Rolled back HD Audio Codec Driver and the XLR mic through an interface came right back. Hid the update sooo it wont reinstall for now.
ahh right privacy settings had "Let desktop apps access your microphone" turned off. I never touched that.
