yeahhh with VRR (G Sync or FreeSync) teh usual recommendation is: enable VRR, enable V Sync in teh driver, and cap a few frames below the refresh rate. That keeps u inside the VRR range and avoids tearing and V Sync latency.
lol same thing happened to me if u play competitively and see big FPS swings, test both with a frame time graph. Use what gives the flattest line at an acceptable latency. fingers crossed 🤞
