Some laptops use OEM customized drivers (cmomon on hybrid graphics). In that case get the driver from teh laptop maker's support page, or use the generic NVIDIA package only if it explicitly lists mboile GPUs. worked for me anyway 馃し
oh ive been there lol check Event Viewer Windows Logs Application for Application Error events with faulting application spoolsv.exe. The faulting module name usually points at the printer driver DLL responsible.
