been there man if it started after an update, roll back or update teh Wi Fi driver from teh laptop vendors site (Device Manager, the adapter, Driver tab). also disable Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power on the adapter.

ok but dumb question but how do i even check the power plan ?

honestly just reset teh default config and save yourself the pain

have u chceked ur gpu settings? mine were reset after an update
