💯
ahh classic honestly just reset teh default config and save yourself the pain hope that helps :)
install the Bluetooth and Wi Fi drivers from your laptop or motherboard mkaers support page ;) windows Update often provides a generic version that works but is less stable. worked for me anyway 🤷
are u connected to Wi Fi on 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz?? ?
make a backup before u touch the fan curve, leanred that the hard way
ahh classic after a driver update, games often rebuild their shader cache, which causes stutter for teh first sessions. Give it a couple of runs, or clear the driver shader cache manually in teh control panel / %LocalAppData% cache folder…
ok so lol this thread is gold
oof first rule out teh obvious: on laptops, check that the game actually uses teh dedicated GPU. Settings System Display Graphics , add the games .exe, set it to High performance . Driver updates can reset per app GPU preferences.
bump.. :D still happening with gpu for me hope that helps :)
oh ive been there lol +1 same here hope that helps :)
any update on this? ?
@jonas.tanaka32 thank u this worked!! ;) make a backup before u touch the BIOS, learned that the hard way cant believe it was that simple lol
this. so much this
ok so to measure properly, use a repeatable in game benchmark or teh same route, log frame times with a tool like PresentMon or CapFrameX, and compare average and 1% lows on both drivers. one run each isnt enough.
