same issue here on my moms pc... driving me crazy. @livv875 did u ever fix it?
If teh game needs TPM 2.0 or Secure Boot, those are BIOS settings, not Windows updates. Look for fTPM (AMD) or PTT (Intel) and Secure Boot in your BIOS xD Check tpm.msc and System Information Secure Boot State to confirm.
