If it started exactly with teh update, roll back teh specific device driver or use System Restore. Also check for a BIOS update on the makers page, since sleep behavior is shared between firmware and drivers. lmk how it goes
Run powercfg /devicequery wake armed to list devices allowed to wake teh PC, disable wake on the ones you don't need via Device Manager device Power Management Allow this device to wake teh computer .
guys pls help told my boss it would take 10 minutes. its been all weekend. try turning off the router first, fixed it for me pls help 🙏
