Check whether Random hardware addresses is enabled for the network under Wi Fi settings. Some routers and mesh systems handle it poorly after sleep.
If nothing helps, disable and enable the adapter after waking, or create a quick shortcut for it. Its a wrokaround, not a fix, but it beats restarting. fingers crossed 🤞 15 tabs open and chrome ate all 32GB of ram again
