if WCM.log says it can't connect, verify teh SUP role's WSUS port settings (8530/8531) match the WSUS installation, and that the site server can reach teh WSUS API. A changed certificate on 8531 can also break teh connection.

Remove any GPU overclock and memory overclock. Device removed errors are very sensitive to VRAM instability. If u used a tuning tool, reset it to defaults and also check that no profile reapplies at startup. fingers crossed 🤞 day one…
any overclock or undervolt, including on the VRAM? ?
