check teh stand and teh desk depth. A big ultrawide on a shallow desk is uncomfortable. A VESA mount or arm fixes a lot of ergonomics problems for little money. lmk how it goes

oh ive been there lol on some newer CPUs, the chipset package includes power plans or scheduler related compoennts that improve behavior. For those, installing it from teh vendor or board maker is recommended.
